Oh, hi.
Yes, I kind of forgot about polyvore. my life has been so busy. I've missed you all so much, my inbox was literally flooded with messages from up to 9 months ago and I felt terrible. I've been a terrible friend, not checking up. But so much has changed. SO. MUCH.
So, if you're here just to comment "OMG I LUV THIS SET CAN U FAVE SOME OF MINE" (do people still do that on polyvore?), goodbye. But if I actually know you and miss you and you were one of my close friends on here, then keep reading.
..So. Where to even begin?
Well, this is my junior year. So. Much. Has. Changed. Not even kidding. So much. So, I guess I'll start with the biggest announcement.
..I QUIT FIGURE SKATING.
Oh yeah. Shocked, huh? If you know me, you know that figure skating was pretty much my life.
It was. That was the problem. It ate up my whole life, made my body exhausted and I was just fed up with the petty competitions off the ice. So I quit.
Honestly? Best decision of my life. I felt so free afterwards. Freeeeedom, man.
Anyway, I've found love through other things. I was on the varsity volleyball team this year, and guess what? I GOT THE LEAD IN THE SCHOOL MUSICAL. All you haters who said I couldn't sing.. suck on that.
The musical is Fame this year. Yeah, Fame! I play Carmen Diaz, the druggie student who's a dancer. I die in the end, lawlz. Oh well. I had to dye my hair dark brown. Opening night is TONIGHT!!!! I'm so excited! and NERVOUS!!
Anyway, what else? Oh, I kinda got a boyfriend. :)
His name is Stephen. And he's amazing. He's like my best friend. Words just can't describe him. We've been dating since January. Actually, we've been friends since freshman year, but this year.. I don't know, we just clicked and realized how perfect we are for each other.
Prom is coming up. Yeah, I got my dress. It was $65 at JCPenney. And it's beautiful. I honestly don't care that it wasn't expensive or designer. I love it.
I let go of some of my toxic friends. Some of them turned to things I didn't like, like drugs. Some of them just were never there for me. I started over, clean, fresh slate, and my theater family has honestly been the best friends I've ever had. Seriously, when you're performing, you're a family.
I miss you all so much.
So.
So.
Much.
More than you ever know. I miss having a network of friends all over the world. It made me feel loved, and frankly, kinda cool.. cause who else can say they have friends from all over American & earth? :)
So comment & let me know what's been going on in your lives. I'd looove to hear. :)
